Return/Refund Policy

Due to candy being a perishable item and in compliance with The Food & Drug Administration (FDA) policies, La Zamorana Candy Co, Inc. does not accept any return on candy products. Edible (ALL CONSUMABLE FOOD PRODUCTS) products may NOT be returned unless incorrect items were shipped by La Zamorana Candy Co, Inc. We do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. The customer will be responsible for the shipping costs on any product returned.

We do not offer refunds; all sales are final once shipped.

Please contact via telephone (323) 583-7100 Monday - Friday 6am-2pm PST to cancel or leave a message for weekends and after hours. We will always try and work with customers if cancellations need to happen as long as its within 24 hours of order date and time.
